Founded with a vision to deliver unforgettable Home-Tel experiences, H Boutique Hotel is at the forefront in redefining staying experiences for boutique hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Anchoring our experiences on the philosophy of Happiness, we are committed to design tasteful experiences in every stay.

Started with our Sri Petaling branch in 2015 and our Kota Damansara branch in 2016, we have received splendid reviews and are winners of multiple awards, it is a recognition for us to continue to deliver Happiness experiences for our guests to ensure a stay that is in every way immaculate.

In our journey of Happiness, we continue to look for aspiring partners to be in this journey with us as we set to co-create these experiences through our management, set-up and consultancy.

Mr. Eric Hooi Heng Hoong

Founder / Director

Eric is a visionary designer and build entrepreneur with sharp insights and vast experience in the hospitality industry, F&B as well as medical institutions.

His career dates back from 1990, he has worked with prestigious clients such as Hilton Worldwide, Le Meridien Hotel, Columbia Asia Hospital, Sushi King and many more.

Armed with specialised expertise, it propelled Eric in founding Sedar Megah Sdn. Bhd. in 2012. He is the Chairman of the company and is also the Director of H Boutique Hotel Management Sdn. Bhd.

As a meticulous designer with matured experience, Eric was heavily involved in every aspect of the development and design of all H Boutique Hotels, eliminating unnecessary elements while simultaneously catering to customers’ needs.

Ms. Constance Tng Ling Ling

Founder / Director

Constance is responsible in the financial aspect of all H Boutique Hotels, she also develops creative business strategy for present and future expansion plan.

She has gained ample experience throughout her career undertakings; from financial and accounting planning, human resource management, and marketing to customer relationship management.

Her previous stint was the Operation and Account Manager for Sedar Megah Sdn. Bhd. She and Eric spearheaded various projects including renowned hotels, restaurants and bistro, display showrooms among others.

Constance is a Financial and Accounting graduate.

Mr. Ronny Wong Jen Siong

Management Team

As a veteran in the hospitality industry, Ronny is a firm believer in being ahead of the perpetual shift in the business to be relevant with moving times. His 30 years of experience in this industry has taught him one thing – to constantly keep ahead of guests’ expectations and industry trends.

Ronny’s meticulous approach and industry savviness has earned him an impressive track record of pushing profitability up the charts. From the beginning of his hospitality career, he has been instrumental in ensuring that operations run smoothly for numerous hotel pre-openings by managing and training the operations and management team with his novel approach.

He rose to the level of General Manager within a few years, maintaining his dynamic foresight on the latest market trends within the hospitality industry. Seeing how big brands are branching out to quirkier boutique hotels to get their piece of the market share pie, Ronny ploughed ahead for the hotels he was managing to be the distinct out of many, by implementing innovative ideas ahead of guests’ expectations.

He is currently engaged as the Chief Operations Officer and occasional spokesperson for H Boutique Hotel.

Eugine Lim

Operations Manager

Eugine Lim is the Operations Manager for all H Boutique Hotels, he effectively manages daily operating tasks through practical application of analytical, creative, and critical thinking.

With over 16 years of instrumental insights in the hospitality industry, Lim strategically enhances hotel operation efficiency, guest satisfaction, strict supervision on profitability and initiates employee empowerment for personal & corporate growth. Lim also maintains close relationship with various vendors, subsequently fostering strong business network within the industry.

Lim’s distinguished career also includes professional achievements and certificates such as First Aid, Handling Complaint, Up Selling Training for Front Office, Bomba Training and Outdoor Leadership Development Program. Additionally, he has a diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management from the Reliance School of Tourism.
