• Room rates quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit, based on per room per night basis and 0% GST. In the event of change in the tax rates by the government, the revised rates shall be adopted based on effective date.
• With the policy of the Malaysian Government, a Tourism Tax if RM 10.00 flat rate per night will be imposed on all foreign guests.
  This ruling shall be effective as 01 September 2017 and will be reflective separately in the room bill/or room rate. This tax must be settled directly upon check in and is not included in the quoted room rates.
  Malaysians and PR holders are exempted from paying the levy.

• Booking cancelled or amended less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation fee on the first night.
• No children or extra person/bed is allowed for all rooms (limit to two(2) adults only) unless selected room type of Premier family (Quad Share)
• A security deposit of RM100.00 is collected upon check in and shall be refunded upon check out.
• Payment is based on Malaysia Ringgit / exchange rate set by the hotel at the time of payment.
• Check in time is 1400 hours and check out time is 1200 noon.
• Early check in is subject to room availability after 0900 hours.
• All offers are subject to availability at the time of reservations and are not valid in conjunction with other promotions & discounts.

• One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a crib*

Any additional older children or adults are charged MYR 60 per night for extra beds*.
